Celebrating International Youth Day 2020

Do you know what day is it? Today is marked as an annual celebration of International Youth Day, which was first marked by the UN General Assembly in 1999. It aims for an acknowledgement of youth’s contribution (voices, actions, or ideas) in political, economic, and social life processes.

Based on UN statement, the theme of this year’s celebration will be “Youth Engagement for Global Action”. There are diverse events which are being held to celebrate on this day such as; youth conferences, parades, and other events. Let’s celebrate and contribute our greatest potentials for the global society in all aspects of life, youths!
