Jakarta, November 14 – The Indonesian Student Association for International Studies (ISAFIS) is delighted to announce the successful completion of Indonesia International Week (IIW) 2022, a vibrant event that brought together students from different countries for a cultural exchange experience. Held from November 8th to November 14th, the week-long event showcased Indonesia’s rich culture, traditions, cuisine, and historical landmarks to international participants.

IIW 2022 offered a unique opportunity for participants to immerse themselves in the diverse cultural tapestry of Jakarta, Indonesia’s vibrant capital city. The event’s itinerary included guided tours to introduce the participants to the local culture, traditional delicacies, customs, and iconic historical sites. Through this immersive experience, the participants gained a deeper understanding of Indonesia’s rich heritage and fostered meaningful connections with Indonesian students and the local community.

The Indonesia International Week 2022 attracted participants from Japan and Zimbabwe, who eagerly engaged in cultural exchange activities and embraced the spirit of international camaraderie. The event facilitated cross-cultural interactions, fostering mutual respect and appreciation among participants from different backgrounds.

Jessica Christina, the dedicated Project Officer of IIW 2022, played a pivotal role in organizing and overseeing the event. Her enthusiasm in welcoming and guiding the international participants contributed to the success of the event, creating a warm and inclusive atmosphere for all attendees.
