The organizational structure is the root of ISAFIS as well as a form of assistance to the president in managing and developing ISAFIS.

After the president has been elected, the president will appoint director and manager who will fill the existing positions in the structure.

Staffs are chosen through a rigorous selection process involving the board of executives, the board of directors, and the board of managers.
